I had no idea what my future was going to be within the nursing profession when I began at Denver College of Nursing, at that that time working as a home health aide. All I knew was that I wanted to work directly with patients and become the best clinician and patient advocate that I could.

I graduated in 2014, and thanks to the clinical standards of this school, moved quickly into trauma and critical care, and have been working as a flight nurse since early 2017.

I have had the opportunity to work on all types of aircraft all over the country at many programs for my company, and I know without a doubt that the experiences I had at DCN prepared me well for my current path.

The instructors and staff really made the experience the best it could be, and I would recommend this school to anyone willing to put in the work to become a great nurse!
